I've got a knock off version of the bubble Magnus magnet glass cleaner with the blade attachment
now it come with 2 blades, a metal one and a plastic one......now I know the metal one is for glass....but do you keep the metal blade attached to the mag all the time....it's just that I have started to notice the blade showing rust spots that comes with stainless steel....as I don't want my tank to look I'll because of it

i could use the plastic blade ....but to be honest ....it's crap at scraping off the algae

I bought one of these the other week after months and months of umming and arring about buying one.
It was possibly one of the best things I ever bought for my tank, its awsome at cleaning off coraline algae.

As stu said I use it then take it out and dry, wish I had bit the bullet and bought one years ago.
