Just dipped my zoas in hydrogen peroxide 3% for 3 mins 50/50 mix, amazing what drops off after just that time, not sure where it came from but there were at least 9-10 worm type things in the water after along with loads of other 'gunk', hopefully will take care of the hair algae though, annoying stuff :/
